Robin Harford, an expert forager, and Paul, who regularly uses wild edible plants on a day-to-day basis in his cuisine, will be leading the forage. The group then head back to Royal Mile where Paul cooks up a gourmet three-course lunch.

This event is so popular there it is being held on two days – 27 and 28 March, with the tickets selling fast. Artmag’s exclusive review of Wedgwood the Restaurant, is online here.
