Wedgwood in Edinburgh’s Old Town

Talking of where our food comes from, Paul Wedgwood, chef proprietor at Wedgwood in Edinburgh’s Old Town is an keen exponent of foraging. He is hosting a guided forage followed by a wild food feast. Robin Harford, an expert forager, and Paul, who regularly uses wild edible plants on a day-to-day basis in his cuisine, will be leading the forage. The group then head back to Royal Mile where Paul cooks up a gourmet three-course lunch.
