Journeys Through Colour at the Whitehouse Gallery in Kirkcudbright is an opportunity to leave the winter behind and look forward to brighter days. A selection of fine art and craft from both gallery regulars and newcomers comprises a range of subject matter, media and styles, including figurative, still life, landscape and abstract work, all bound by colour as the primary focus, from doft, gentle pastels to vivid, energetic brights. There are also new collections of glass, ceramics, jewellery, sculptures, mosaics and textiles. The Gallery is exhibiting at 2022’s Borders Art Fair, 25th – 27th March.
