Whitehouse Gallery in Kirkcudbright invites us to shake-off the winter chills with its first mixed group show of the year, which will include more collections than usual, with new work filling both of its floors.
Exhibiting for the first time are Glasgow School of Art graduate Charles Randak with paintings of the west of Scotland, Jan Radnan with a selection of landscapes and floral studies and Erinclare Scrutton with a mix of oil and charcoal works, while returning artists include Suzanne Stuart Davies, Victoria Wylie, Lizzie Farey, Jackie Henderson and Helen Glassford RSW.
Subject matter includes figurative work, landscapes, still lifes, jewellery, hand-made cushions, wildlife, tapestry, ceramics and willow, driftwood, wire, glass and upcycled sculptures.
