SETTING
The Borders is in the news this month with the opening of the Borders Railway,
Stage Three of the Aviva Tour of Britain – with the final sprint through Kelso into the
grounds of Floors Castle on Tuesday 8 September. There is also a whole month of

September at the very popular Scottish Borders Heritage Festival.
