Visit website

Until July 7

Union Gallery presents Come Alive, the first solo exhibition by an award-winning artist Áine Divine. The artist works mostly in still lives, landscapes and portraits.

Originally from County Cork, Áine graduated from Crawford College of Art and Design in 1991 and gained a Higher Diploma in art teaching in 1995. Today she continues to teach and her tutorials and demonstrations in portraiture are in high demand. Her exceptional portraits have seen her interpret many renowned faces, such as the late politician Mo Mowlam, Olympic triple jumper Jonathan Edwards, winners of the British Open Golf Championship, Professor Richard Dawkins and Sir Ian McKellen. Áine will be demonstrating her exceptional portraiture skills on June 23, 3-5.pm, when her subject will be Union Gallery’s John Downie.

This is a free event. Please RSVP to info@uniongallery.co.uk to confirm your attendance.
