One of Dundee’s iconic buildings has undergone a £500,000 transformation, creating a leisure hub. Caffe Borsa is a licensed coffee shop which doubles as a live acoustic performance venue in the evenings.
It opens on 7 November in the Royal Exchange building on Panmure Street, formerly home to the city’s Chamber of Commerce and the Stock Exchange. Property entrepreneurs, John Gibson and Ross Morrison, had identified a gap in Dundee’s leisure sector and set about creating a venue for people to meet, eat, drink and converse, for business or pleasure, with a live music offering in the evening.
