Advancing the Abstract at Edinburgh Palette is the debut exhibition by The Abstractionistas, a new collective of Scottish-based abstract painters. With a shared goal of bringing abstraction to wider public view in Scotland, each of four artists – Esther Donaldson, Megan Chapman, Judith Shaylor and Susan Wilson – has a different take on abstract expression with their use of colour, line, space and drama.
