Following June’s Potfest Scotland at Scone Palace, Potfest is staging its original flagship event, Potfest in the Park, in Hutton-in-the-Forest on the edge of England’s Lake District National Park, showcasing the best work from ninety selected artists, chosen from throughout the UK, continental Europe and beyond. Each potter will be exhibiting their distinctive, individual style, and the magnificent country house provides a magnificent backdrop to the potters’ marquees and special competition pieces, which are displayed on the lawns in front of the historic house, whose walled garden, topiary terraces and woodland walks it makes a great day out.
