If you were lucky enough to get a seat at the sold-out evening Fred hosted during Slow Food week earlier this year you would have tasted the sensational Salted Cod Sauce Ecossaise developed by Fred and inspired by a traditional sauce discovered by Adam Balic. After such a successful evening we had to ensure one of our Big Tables was again dedicated to combining traditional Scottish fish dishes with Fred’s own unique take on Slow Food.
The evening will commence with a short talk from Adam Balic about traditional Scottish techniques of cooking fish at 6.30pm. As always this means the menu for this evening will be revealed to diners on the night!

The evening costs £15 (£12.50 for Slow Food members), which includes a starter, main course and drink (wine, beer or a soft drink). Dessert or cheese is available at a supplement of £3.00.
