Print works by Rembrandt, Picasso, Matisse, Hockney, Freud, Warhol, Rego and Emin are among the highlights of the forthcoming London Original Print Fair, which returns for its 37th edition in its new home in the city’s Somerset House. Billed as a celebration of printmaking in all its forms, the exhibition spans six centuries from the 15th-century works of Albrecht Dürer and his contemporaries, to pieces by emerging contemporary artists. An enormous list of forty-eight internationally-renowned print dealers and publishers is exhibiting, including from Scotland, offering visitors an opportunity to explore and buy works. The Fair will also be running its online Platform for Prints, launched during the pandemic, so visitors can buy artworks directly from exhibitors and other international dealers and galleries online.
