Fancy an peek behind the scenes at one of Edinburgh’s finest restaurants? The chef at the Caledonian Hotel’s fine dining restaurant the Pompadour is inviting diners the opportunity to get creative in the kitchen at the start of service.
Every Thursday in November, Pompadour chef Craig Sandle is offering a limited places for an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience. Arrive for a drink and a briefing at 6pm, before being led to the kitchens to make your own first course under the direction of the award-winning chef. Your efforts will then be served at your table in the restaurant, followed by two further courses and a dessert, with matching wines. £50 per person.
