Having been successful in its application to become a Challenge Holder for the Creative Informatics Challenge, Scottish Opera is seeking a Challenge Respondent to help it harness data and develop a digital evaluation tool for its Primary Schools Tour, now celebrating its 50th year. Run by the University of Edinburgh Creative Informatics department, the Challenge offers an opportunity for creative and cultural organisations to bring forward challenges that require innovative, data-driven solutions. Each year the Tour engages with 9,000 pupils from over 130 schools across Scotland, and feedback is captured from teachers through surveys. However the challenge is to create an interactive experience to capture and evaluate data from both pupils and teachers on the Tour. Submission deadline is 16th April.
