Comprising more than 250 paintings by over 100 artists, 143rd Open Annual Exhibition by the Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolour (RSW) features some of the leading artists working in water-based media in Scotland today. Sharing the Upper Galleries at Edinburgh’s Royal Scottish Academy with the National Galleries of Scotland’s show of watercolours by J M W Turner, RSW members’ works hang side-by-side with paintings selected from hundreds of open submissions. There is also a parallel online exhibition.
