Visit website

Note: Opening delayed due to public health situation. 28th March – 3rd May

Now in its 194th year, the Royal Scottish Academy (RSA) Annual Exhibition is the most extensive exhibition of contemporary art and architecture in Scotland, providing a platform for Scottish art alongside a plethora of international artists, often including topical or political elements, giving artists an uncensored, independent voice. For the Open elements of the exhibition this year, a panel of Royal Scottish Academicians has selected works from submissions from all over the world in a vast range of media, including contemporary painting, sculpture, film, printmaking, photography and installation, alongside work by some of the country’s leading architects.

Convened by Graeme Todd RSA, the exhibition will include a group of works centring on interior space as a potent idea for artists to explore – presence, occupancy, the intimate and the everyday.
