Featured artist at the Glasgow Print Studio is Glasgow-born Rosalind Lawless, who studied Fine Art Printmaking at Gray’s School of Art in Aberdeen and graduated with a Masters of Fine Art Printmaking from London’s Royal College of Art.
She says, ‘Looking always at the left over cut paper and other materials that were continuously produced through my printmaking process, I asked myself, ‘What would happen if I rearranged these materials and created something new?’ Exploring the materiality of found and recycled materials is key to methods I want to explore.’
