28th September – 2nd November, Tuesday-Saturday 10-5pm.
The Royal Glasgow Institute of Fine Arts (RGI) Kelly Gallery is staging a unique exhibition of Turner Prize nominees, with all of the artists featured having trained at the esteemed Glasgow School of Art, including David Shrigley, Jim Lambie, Christine Borland and Ciara Phillips. This is the first time that the works, many of them from private collections, have been exhibited together, allowing an exclusive glimpse of the immense talent from the School.
Curated by Sam Ainsley and Adrian Wiszniewski, the exhibition includes works by winners of the Prize, including Douglas Gordon (1996), Simon Starling (2005), Richard Wright (2009) and Martin Boyce (2011).
