Slow Food Edinburgh is showcasing food writer Catherine Brown, author of acclaimed modern classic ‘Scottish Cookery’. When first published, it was one of the first books of its kind with an ingredients-based format, highlighting Scotland’s rich and varied natural larder. Catherine Brown will be talking about her work whilst guiding resident chef Neil Forbes as he cooks for us a menu of traditional recipes at Cafe St Honore.
