Edinburgh’s first guerrilla burger dining event next month sold out in under 10 minutes when it was announced. Now the pressure is on for Burgher Burger’s launch chef, Neil Forbes of the capital’s Cafe St Honoré to serve up the ultimate three-course burger experience at a greasy spoon café in Leith on 7 February. The brainchild of Aoife Behan, who also runs My Home Supper Club, Burgher Burger’s venues and chefs will change every month giving some of Edinburgh’s top chefs to add their signature to the humble burger. Bookings for the March event will open soon.
