‘Pillow Talk’ is a selling exhibition of hand crafted kilim and textile cushions, chairs, fenders, pouffees, hall seats and sofa stools in vibrant colours and contemporary and traditional designs.

TALES OF MAGIC AND MYSTERY
Join renowned storyteller and musician Marion Kenny for spellbinding tales of magic and mystery for all ages. Tales will be accompanied by harps and flutes as the audience are transported away to far off lands whilst reclining on cushions in the sumptuous surroundings of The Nomads Tent.

TEXTILE TRADITIONS OF NEPAL
In April 2017 a group of six intrepid women from Scotland set off on a trip of a lifetime to learn about the textile traditions of Nepal. Karen Haggis will enthral us with descriptions of the felting and wood block printing workshops they visited, and the work of the fair-trade textile organisations they encountered.
