Peruvian pop-up

This month take the chance to try fresh Peruvian cuisine in Scotland.

The team from Ceviche, in London, led by its founder and executive head chef Martin Morales, is collaborating with Scottish chefs to serve unique Peruvian dining experiences. On 14 July, Morales is collaborating with Loch Fyne Oysters at Ardkinglas House, the home of Loch Fyne’s founder Johnny Noble. Guests will learn to prepare Ceviche’s signature sea bass dish, Don Ceviche (pictured).

The masterclass will be followed that evening by a pop-up restaurant serving a selection of dishes from the book Ceviche Peruvian Kitchen. The next day, it’s a similar experience at Restaurant Mark Greenaway in Edinburgh. Ceviche claims to be the very first authentic Peruvian eating experience in the UK and since it open in March 2012, it has been the talk of London.
