Artisan& Gallery in Aberfeldy is hosting a new exhibition of work by artists who either create in Perthshire or feature Perthshire: fittingly the gallery is taking part in the Perthshire Open Studios Festival from 6th – 11th Sept, with a number of the artists taking part in demonstrations.
Sabrin Miller is a new artist to the gallery and is showing her oils featuring animals, including the wildlife you’d see around Perthshire, made form working out of a black canvas.
Sabrin Miller, ‘Red Fox’Also featured are gallery favourites John Robert Smith (see below) with Perthshire landscapes in oil, Lorna C Radbourne’s sculptures in stained and painted glass on driftwood bases, Rochelle McConnachie (whose work is pictured at top) with acrylic paintings of the gorgeous birches surrounding her home outside Aberfeldy, and Marianne Dey (see bottom) with landscapes in mixed media.
