Postponed from its usual time in May due to you-know-what, Open Studios North Fife is a great chance to see behind the scenes of almost seventy artists’, designers’ and craftmakers’ workspaces, including garden studios, spare rooms and attics, throughout that lovely part of Scotland. Visitors will be able to learn about participants’ working practices, inspirations and creative processes, and of course buy a unique gift or commission a special piece. Some artists who are unable to welcome people to their studios will be providing a virtual experience via the group’s Facebook page. Leaflets detailing studio locations are widely available in public places and the event website is an essential source of up to the minute information. Please check it before travelling to a particular studio.
