The ACCORD Hospice Annual Art Exhibition is set to return for its fourth year, this time to The Art Department in Paisley’s new gallery space at 9-11 Causeyside Street – the space’s inaugural exhibition. The show’s month-long run is to encourage more entries, thereby increasing sales and raising valuable funds for ACCORD in aid of palliative care.

Exhibition highlights will include the return of the popular Mini Masterpieces – where artists can submit work measuring 15cm x 15cm, and a new section of the show will be dedicated to a range of souvenir, limited-edition prints, posters and greetings cards, which artists will have donated with 100% of purchases benefitting the fundraising campaign.

New to this year’s show is its Featured Artists Programme of work by invited artists with a particular interest in or long association with the charity, to submit up to twelve artworks for the show. Artists on this year’s programme include Ipshita Debnath Wittenkamp Meyer, Lil Brookes, Lilias Conroy, and Marion Gardyne. A full-colour catalogue will be available for sale and a range of raffle prizes will be on offer, with donations welcome from local businesses.
