The Scope Collective comprises five Scottish artists who met while studying Digital Art and Design at the University of the West of Scotland and who found that the title of the course had a different meaning to each of them. Using both digital and analogue techniques, including photography, experimental film-making, printmaking, painting and mixed media, they set about experimenting with what it means to be a digital artist by creating works which blur the lines between what is considered digital art and fine art. The resulting exhibition is Diversity of Digital Art at the Maclaurin Art Gallery in Ayr.
