A new exhibition by London based painter and printmaker Louise Cattrell opens at The Granary Gallery in Berwick-upon-Tweed as part of the International Print Biennale on Saturday, October 8.

Louise is a former Berwick Gymnasium Fellowship artist who undertook a residency in the town in 1998 and has now been invited back by arts organisation Berwick Visual Arts to create a new series of artworks.
The exhibition at The Granary Gallery features a new series of monoprints, etchings and paintings that explore how natural light transforms landscapes connected to the Rivers Tweed, Tyne and Thames, exploring how our personal relationship to the landscape is determined by the ever changing theatre of the passage of a day, season or year.

The Exhibition will be running from October 8 – January 29
