Laurel and Hardy returns to The Lyceum in Edinburgh nearly twenty years after it was first performed at the Theatre. Created by Tom McGrath, one of Scotland’s finest 20th-century playwrights and poets, the production sees the two iconic comedians look back over their lives, loves and friendship in a story which blends slapstick humour, melancholy and theatricality. Steven McNicoll and Barnaby Power reprise the title roles, now closer to the real ages of Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy at the end of their careers.
