Aberfeldy Gallery is hosting a solo show by the Scottish artist Fiona Matheson, who is known for her vibrant, textural, wide format landscapes in oils and mixed media which capture the uncompromising essence of the north. A graduate of Winchester School of Art, Fiona works from her studio in WASPS Inverness Creative Academy and exhibits widely – her work is held in private collections around the world. The show takes place alongside a large mixed exhibition by local and national artists.
