Edinburgh’s cherished Summerhall Arts has opened its 2026 Group Show, celebrating professional visual artists working across all media. Featuring work by over 70 artists, it’s a vibrant exhibition, showcasing the breadth of contemporary artistic practice with bold, thought-provoking and diverse work from some of today’s most exciting creative voices (see above and below).
The arts centre re-opened a year ago and has again taken its place as a vibrant centre of visual arts, theatre and education, with a lively mix of on-site cafes and bars, day and evening.

A series of workshops includes an Introduction to Cyanotype with Kit Martin (9th and 10th May, see above), Art and Spirituality (14th May), Mixed Media Landscapes (28th May) SELF Inner and Outer Landscapes (11th June) and, on 16th July, Drawing Out: Art and Healing.
