This year’s Nairn Book & Arts Festival includes its largest ever programme of art exhibitions, talks, workshops and tours. They include the first Open Exhibition for some years, with a maritime theme which runs through the entire programme, featuring artists based in the Highland Region, Outer Hebrides, Morayshire, Aberdeenshire, Perthshire, Orkney and Shetland. Other highlights include Emily Coulson: Strewn, works in textile, glass and bronze, and New Highland Contemporary 3, work by selected third year students at Moray College UHI.
