Hidden Door, the organisation behind the annual festival that converts vacant premises into art and performance spaces around Edinburgh, is hosting an Art Sale right in the centre of the capital: over 700 pieces will be on offer, from £3 to £2,000, with every purchase going directly to supporting the local creative community.
The opening night promises to launch things in style, with the intriguing-sounding Live Illustrated Photo Booth with Rohanie Campbell-Thakoord, Paradise Palms DJs, festive mulled wine and a range of brews from Bellfield Brewery.
The Sale also will help Hidden Door develop its plans for 2024 – each summer they have breathed life into an unoccupied space in the capital, staging a top-notch pop-up festival, with lengthy list of top-notch music, art and performance. The artists involved in the sale are past Hidden Door artists.
