Graystone Gallery in Edinburgh is mounting an exhibition, Worlds in Colour, showcasing four artists’ unique approaches to mood, movement, and memory. Atmospheric land- and seascapes are on display alongside dynamic geometric compositions, inviting visitors to experience the world through different chromatic lenses.

Christine Clark‘s work evokes a sense of continual discovery, reflecting the entanglement of collective moments, memories and connections to place, Erraid Gaskell captures fleeting moments, using expressive marks and layered pigments to evoke the essence of nature, while Hetty Haxworth brings bold, abstract compositions to life, with vibrant colour fields and fluid forms interacting in a playful and rhythmic balance, and Jane Hunter documents the colours of abstract landscapes, creating maps of experience, observation and emotion.

The exhibition includes works by noted ceramicists and sculptors such as Judith Davies, Adam Frew, Rowena Gilbert, Jenny McCall, Arran Ross, and Janene Waudby.
The Gallery supports the Own Art finance scheme, which makes purchasing artworks more affordable through payment by instalments.
