The Glasgow Gallery exhibits a range of original works from leading Scottish artists in solo, featured and mixed exhibitions throughout the year, and sells a selection of applied art, including ceramics, glass, sculpture and jewellery at a range of prices.
Its current online exhibition ‘Changing Seasons Italy & Scotland’ features Glasgow native David Marshall, who has exhibited in the SSA, RSA and RSW exhibitions in Edinburgh, Laings Landscape exhibitions in Glasgow and Edinburgh, Tolquhon Gallery, Aberdeenshire, Art Exposure Gallery in Glasgow, The Glasgow Gallery and the Mansefield Park Gallery.
Working mostly in acrylics, water colours and mixed media, David’s paintings are mostly townscapes and landscapes of the Lucca region in Tuscany where he regularly goes to sketch and paint. He also paints scenes from all over Italy and French and Scottish scenes.
