In West Kilbride, designated Scotland’s Craft Town, the Barony Centre‘s programme of exhibitions continues with the return of Vertex Visions – a selection of work from emerging, local and established artists, including Lucy Russell, Tetiana Druzenko, Archie Nelson, and Karen Brown, whose work is pictured. Among the exhibitors are Syrian and Ukrainian new Scots and young Scots, for whom Vertex has run photography, print and sculpture workshops throughout the year. A free exhibition launch evening is planned for Thursday 27th October, with live music and refreshments.
