Gallery Q Dundee‘s 2020 season has opened with an exhibition of the paintings of Dundee-based Heather Soutar, whose whimsical work includes many references to the city, not least Oor Wullie, among clouds, fish, keys, clocks and quirky buildings.

Heather’s show is accompanied by a mixed exhibition of work by Nichola Martin, Joe McIntyre, Martin Hill, Pete Monaghan, Peter Davis and, new to the gallery, Helen Welsh and Leo du Feu. There are also prints by Anne Russell, ceramics by Wayne Galloway, Eric Moss, Sue Hanna, Roos Eisma and Donald MacIntyre, glass by Elin Issakson, Charonne Ruth, Kim Bramley and Graham Muir and jewellery by Jen Cunningham, Angela Learoyd, Rebecca Wilson, Gail Klevan and Ellen Catherine Jewellery.
