Plenty to talk about: Edinburgh’s Lyceum theatre has a rare culinary treat on 18 November. An Evening with Yotam Ottolenghi will discuss the Israeli chef-restaurateur’s bold new cookbook Plenty More. It picks up where Plenty left off, with over 150 more inspiring, vegetable-based dishes from Ottolenghi who is regarded as one of the most innovative, creative chefs and food writers.
