24th Jul – 7th Aug; all day

Edinburgh Palette, the organisation behind the successful colonisation of an ex-office building in Edinburgh’s Meadowbank district, is presenting an online exhibition featuring original work by Evie Jamieson, Laura Manescau and Marcin Krupa. There will be the opportunity for anyone interested in purchasing pieces to contact the artists.

Edinburgh-based Evie Jamieson is figurative artist working in a variety of media, striving to find the ‘right’ colour, light and texture to bring her work to life; she has painted and exhibited in the Languedoc, London, Kent and Surrey.

Argentinian Laura Manescau is a figurative artist based in Edinburgh, specialising in portraiture and caricatures, and studying Illustration at Edinburgh College; she is interested in human facial expressions, psychology and behaviour.

Also based in Edinburgh, Marcin Krupa is a visual artist who trained as a sculptor, deciding to expand into drawing and painting, specialising in the human form, advocating a body-positive philosophy through his work, which celebrates the beauty in different body types, gender equality and right to self-expression, exploring taboo subjects in society and challenging social norms.
