Previously only available online and now available to view in the gallery, Eion Stewart Fine Art‘s summer exhibition features artists working in isolation in the city of Aberdeen and surrounding district. The gallery promises ‘a varied and inspiring range of paintings and glass-works ranging from beautiful representational Mearns landscapes in watercolour through to stimulating abstract paintings and glass wall-hangings exclusively for the show’. There will also be a range of sketches by artists with their roots in the north-east of Scotland: Mary Louise Butterworth, Stuart Buchanan, Shelagh Swanson, David E Johnston, Audrey Dargie, Morag Stevenson, John Paul Raine, Kate Steenhauer, Morag Smith, Lorraine Taylor, Mike Samson, Susie Hunt and Liz Milne.
