Renowned for his wildlife and sports photography, Glasgow-born David Yarrow has joined Edinburgh’s Watson Gallery and his work is available to view online under the banner David Yarrow: In Focus. David’s large-scale monochrome photographs are known for their intimacy and close detail, with the wildlife photoshoots often taking days to set up. The images are examples of  ‘visual storytelling’, suggesting their own narratives, and have helped to secure an international reputation both in photography and wildlife preservation. His limited-edition print runs, made in Los Angeles, have made their way into leading galleries and museums across Europe and North America, and his work regularly sells for high prices at Sotheby’s and other international auction houses.
