The Hub, Castlehill, Edinburgh EH1 2NE

Launching the festival on Thursday 8 October, The Chefs’ Table will see three of the city’s best-known chefs come together to create a fine-dining menu that combines personal flare with favourite local and Scottish ingredients. Taking place in the sumptuous setting of the Hub on the Royal Mile, tickets will cost just £25 per person for a three course meal and the opportunity to meet the award-winning chefs and quiz them on their mouthwatering creations.

Grassmarket Market: Saturday 10th and 17th October 2015

Stockbridge Market: Sunday 11th and 18th October 2015

Authentic street food at its best. The market traders cook right in front of you and represent various cuisines, all in one location. Sample Indian, Japanese, Brazilian, French, Greek and even Scottish all in the ambience of the three markets.

Buy an event ticket at the Olive stall in the market and redeem your lunch at any participating stall. Check the menu and eat your way around the world, from Caithness Scottish smoked salmon on a fresh French croissant to Japanese dumplings and Brazilian brigadeiros. Feel free to browse and shop the wide range of stalls while you eat your globetrotting lunch.

The History of the Cocktail

Join the master bartenders at Las Iguanas as they take you through the history of their cocktails; stopping along the way to sample their Latin twists on age-old classics. Includes four cocktails per person as well as a selection of tapas.
