Edinburgh’s Dovecot Studios is closed due to the public health situation, but inviting its social media followers to support its Weave a Rainbow initiative. In the UK, rainbows have been appearing recently in windows, on pavements, and on social media as a sign of support for the vital work done by the National Health Services, in particular their front-line staff, and Dovecot has shared a step-by-step guide on how to weave a rainbow during lockdown, and to share it on its Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram pages.

Dovecot is also appealing for donations to help it continue its important work.
