Décor update at Wedgwood

Wedgwood the Restaurant in Edinburgh’s Royal Mile has a new look. Not content with adding another award to its growing list at the end of last year, Paul Wedgwood and Lisa Channing have had the decorators in. A creamy palette replaces the deep red of before, creating a cool sophisticated space in which to enjoy the culinary creativity of Paul.

It was in November, the Scottish Licensed Trade News named Wedgwood “Restaurant of the Year 2011” in the under £35 category for the second year running. With Paul’s focus on seasonal food and the changes to the menu that approach brings, you don’t really need an excuse for a return visit but the new look means the time is right. The food’s as good as ever and Artmag’s new review of the restaurant has just been posted.
