On a farm fourteen miles from the heart of Edinburgh, Dancing LightGallery‘s New Beginnings exhibition features Canada-based landscape artist Lesley Finlayson, who struck up a relationship with the Gallery when she called in on a visit to see her Scottish family. A graduate of Glasgow School of Art and the University of Calgary, Lesley is a former Department Chair and Instructor of Fine Arts at Langara College in Vancouver, and continues as a full time painter, permanently based in Canada, but perennially inspired by the Scottish landscape on her regular visits home.

Other exhibition highlights include work by the late Kim Redpath, whose collection is solely-owned by the Gallery, Eben Rautenbach, Fiona Armer, Kay Booton, Kate Lloyd, Colin Henderson, Gwen Dean, Patricia Jordan, Becksy, Miriam Reid, Bruce Graham, Gillian Westland, Sheena Spacey, Janet Rogers, Helen Acklam, Ali Dickson,  Penny Lyall, Pixalum, Terri Campbell, Rebecca Halstead and many more.
