Clare Arbuthnott uses lively brushstrokes and a vibrant palette to capture the intense, ever-shifting moods of the Scottish climate, as slate-grey skies clear to perfect blue, with every hue in between. Flowers and grasses commonly work their way into the foreground of Clare’s landscapes, while her floral studies fairly burst with colour.
