Charlotte Prodger wins Turner Prize 2018

Charlotte Prodger was announced the winner of this year’s edition of the Turner Prize on December 4th. The Scottish artist’s work BRIDGIT, a video exploring the issues of gender, landscape, language and technology, was shot on her iPhone.

Other contestants included Forensic Architecture, Luke Willis Thompson and Naeem Mohaiemen.

Prodger will also represent Scotland during the 2019 Venice Bienniale.
