Barbados beckons for Edinburgh chef Paul Wedgwood this month. The owner of Wedgwood the Restaurant in the Royal Mile will be working alongside Kirk Kirton, head chef at the Treasure Beach hotel on the stunning sands of the Caribbean island’s west coast from 26 to 30 March. Paul fell in love with the tropical paradise last year when he was preparing his food events for the Celtic Festival Barbados. This month he’ll be adding his talent to some local ingredients to create a week of interesting events.
