The visual arts agency ArtThou has launched a new online art exhibition, No Borders to support Scottish artists and raise funds for the cancer charity Maggie’s.

The unique exhibition will features over 100 original pieces of affordable art from 30 emerging Scottish artists, with 20 per cent of proceeds earmarked for Maggie’s. Craig Coulthard and Shipei Wang, Rowan Paton and Hannah Lim are among the names featured, and prices range from £200 to £500.

The No Borders initiative was set up by Hugo Barclay, owner of ArtThou, to support emerging talent in the art community and raise funds for Maggie’s in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. Hugo has been isolated in Madrid while all his family are back home in Scotland, and felt moved to  partner the initiative with Maggie’s after his father-in-law was diagnosed with cancer; established in Edinburgh in 1996, the charity provides free cancer support and information in centres across the UK and online.
