Some chefs just can’t stay away from their natural niche and news reaches us that Richard Yearnshire is back at Ardoe House Hotel, at Blairs near Aberdeen.
After a couple of years “down south”, Richard returns as executive head chef at hotel when it is focusing on moving forward with its food. Set in parklands beside the Dee, the baronial style mansion has over 100 bedroom and offers diners a gourmet experience in its Blairs Restaurant, as well as brasserie fare in the lounge bar.
The general manager of the Peter Sangster says: “Richard brings real passion, commitment and dedication to the role. He strives to deliver the wow factor at every opportunity. We are moving forward in so many areas with our food offering and Richard is excited by the challenges ahead.”
