All the Senses

Word of an intriguing new event has come our way. Food event pioneers Jelly & Gin are teaming up with Haig Club single grain scotch whisky (the one of David Beckham fame) to create an immersive whisky cocktail experience. Create:Eat:Whisky will take guests on a journey through different multi-sensory settings and drink cocktails; each designed to match the different environments. Using sound, light, small edible items, aroma and other environmental factors guests will be transported from a mountaintop to a roaring fire, with an unexpected final destination. Tickets (£33) for the events on 14-17 May at Gayfield Creative Spaces in Edinburgh include three whisky cocktails paired with small tastes of food.
