Art & Craft Collective in Edinburgh has announced its first new exhibitor for 2023: David Esson specialises in stippling and pointillism, whose work is inspired by the wildlife around his Highland base. His painstakingly-detailed designs, comprising solely carefully-positioned dots, result in deep and atmospheric textures. David will be in the gallery for the opening to discuss his process and its inspiration, and he will return to participate in the gallery’s Artist in the Window series.
