The capital also sees the return of the Pommery Bar to the Signet Library, with the company behind favourite Edinburgh cafes at Hopetoun, the Portrait Gallery and the Modern Art galleries. As well as Pommery Champagne, this year the bar is introducing beers from the East Lothian microbrewery Knops Beer Company and Edinburgh Gin from Spencerfield Spirit Company.
